1. All text and html coding appearing in the WishStock site are the exclusive intellectual property of Wish-stock.com and are protected under United States and international copyright laws.

2. All images, illustrations and media presented by WishStock Site Members are the exclusive intellectual property of those member artists and are protected under United States and international copyright laws.

3. The intellectual property MAY NOT BE DOWNLOADED except by normal viewing process of the browser. The intellectual property may not be copied to another computer, transmitted, published, reproduced, stored, manipulated, projected, or altered in any way, including without limitation any digitization or synthesizing of the images, alone or with any other material, by use of computer or other electronic means or any other method or means now or hereafter known, without the written permission of the owner and payment of a fee or arrangement thereof. 

4. No images, illustrations or media are within Public Domain. Use of any image, illustration or media as the basis for another published concept or illustration is a violation of copyright. 

Pornography

1. Images and clips that are pornographic in nature are strictly prohibited — Wishstock reserves the right to monitor all site content. Any materials deemed pornographic by site auditors will be removed from the site and those members who post such materials will lose their membership and be removed from the site without recompense. wishstock management reserves the right to do this without warning.
2. Nudity in art form is allowed. However, Wishstock reserves the right remove any questionable images or clips without warning. See paragraph 1 under Pornography.
